Buyer left negative feedback for FOUR items that were packaged in the same box. USPS DELAYED THE ITEM BECAUSE OF THE WINTER STORM & EBAY REFUSES TO REMOVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK DUE TO THIS DELAY, WHICH IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF EBAYS SELLER PROTECTION POLICY. I have requested the removal twice on the phone with an eBay agent, and both were shocked eBay wouldn’t remove it.
EBAY SELLER PROTECTION IS A JOKE
Buyer also claims items were broken but could not provide proof. All the buyer sent was a photo of perfectly wrapped items.

This morning I saw on the news, New York is going to be negative 4 degrees? Is that right?

Exactly! So therefore they did not mention a weather delay because their legit feedback would have been removed

That's why I'm planning ahead and using Time Away for a little while.
We normally do same day shipping but we added 5 day handling because the Midwest weather has not been good for the last couple weeks. An ice storm that knocked off power for lots and brought down our fiber internet and then several inches of snow that made it hard to get anywhere.

We never know what it's going to do around here.
The other day they were talking about 2 to 3 inches of snow, ended up getting around 12 inches.
I learned years ago, better to plan and not need it, then not plan and need it.

If you're not joking, let's see those pups!!! -I had Alaskan Malamutes as a kid in Iowa. Only 2, so not enough to pull a person but you couldn't tell them that (the WORST dogs to try to walk on a lead, in fact I'd love to see ole Caesar Milan try to train one to walk by his side!). Very fun to sing with though. ❤️
I'm just joking. I do have two cats, but they're less than useless pulling the sled.
