In 2024 I am asking myself why do I rent an eBay store ?
You guys install annoying hearts, my home page is a mess, looks stupid, item pages are filled with every bodies other items on my back !
How can a 30 year old company be so rude at my expense ?
Seems to be run by someone that just graduated from a lemon aid stand.

I see your store just fine. Just an opinion - the pictures are a little dark. Maybe use that magical background cleanup button. I am surprised at how well it seems to work most of the time.
Ebay can be difficult to navigate with the changes, ebbs and flows. But Amazon is difficult too - especially with the other sellers advertising on your pages on just about every platform there is. But that is just the times we are in my friend. Keep your head up. 🙂

eBay is not here.
I have not installed any hearts on your page.
I dont know "you guys"
Lots of seller have an issue with the other items showing all over their page.
Especially the ones right in the middle of the item.
But this is how eBay wants the pages to look and so far all the complaints havent changed eBays mind on this issue.

I would hope it is because you evaluated the pros and cons and made an informed decision.
You guys install annoying hearts
The hearts are so buyers can easily watch an item. This is a common metaphor also used by Etsy and Facebook, among others.

They have been doing that for a decade, and not just to store owners. Amazon does it too.

A $20 billion lemonade stand.

I would only pay for a store if the math worked in my favor. You get 250 free listings per month without a store.
Those other ads on our listings are there whether you have a store or not. The same goes for the heart icons, which are for people to hit to watch your item.

You have been here a long time, sold many, many, items, but I also must ask................ why do you rent a store?
With only 28 current active listings, and the # of sales in the past 90 days it seems that it would be financially illogical to be paying for a "store".

"You guys"? When you post here, you're not addressing eBay or its employees.
We are all fellow eBayers, buyers and sellers, and volunteer our time here to answer questions and help if we can.

You have committed a cardinal sin on this platform... criticizing eBay. The adherents to this "religion" will now defend it and be critical of you. Sad, isn't it?

Actually the responses seem fairly constructive (and in some cases are agreeing with the OP) even if they are not saying what the OP wants to hear.
Which replies are you referring to? Please be specific.

The lemonade stands I've seen were well organised and a quick search could find just what you were looking for.
So "graduated from a lemon aid stand" would be a good thing and it's a shame it isn't true.

Advertising is a money maker. And that makes competition fierce.
I did notice you have a "lot" of watchers on some of your items. So you are doing something right.
Lowering our prices is all we can do. I hate it but that's one way to go. I also promote only the most expensive items so my items show up on someone else's page. High end items don't sell quickly so promoting it does work. I don't promote cheapie items.
And If I am going to promoted something...it's between 15-20% so it makes it on another seller's page.

You are not addressing Ebay, Inc. here. This is community discussion forum for buyers and sellers. Should you have a complaint, always good to contact CS at the top of the page. Use the chat option. Request a call back and they will.
Good luck

I'm curious as why you are renting a store and how does a store blunder and be rude? I looked at your store and it doesn't look messy to me.

You're blaming ebay because your storefront is ugly?
Aren't you the one who designs your storefront?

I may have to take a screen shot so you guys can see what I am seeing on my screen at my home store page.

For some reason it does not look normal on my screen, thanks for replying, perhaps my window 7 does not like my home page? My product pages are OK just having issues with my home page.
