So I sell many products on different ebay accounts and all of them are up to date on fees and have outstanding performance. This account I made was for toys. Before anyone says they tell you the reason they banned the account... this is the message I have received. Which is unclear and very vague. Also I have called them several times to try to resolve the issue they stated "we can not disclose that information".

Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.

This means the following:
- You can’t buy or sell on eBay any longer. Any other accounts that you own or that are associated with this account have also been suspended.
- Outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the payment method we have on file.

The safety of our community is a top priority for us, so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, select Help & Contact at the top of most eBay pages.

Any advice? Yes. I would contact ebay.

The issue is apparently that you and your partner allowed that account to be delinquent long enough for it to be suspended.

I cannot speak for eBay, but I would assume they are not terribly interested in retaining sellers who cannot be trusted to keep their accounts in good standing.

Here is what the eBay user agreement says:

"You must have a payment method on file when selling through our Services and pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services by the payment due date. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect amounts owed by charging other payment methods on file with us (and) suspend or limit Services"

I see nothing in the user agreement that says "If we are eventually able to collect past due fees from a suspended account, we will remove the suspension and pretend that nothing happened and welcome you back with open arms".

Do/did your other accounts have a lot of negatives? Just on this one, you have 8. That’s a lot in relation to total feedback.

That you were involved with a deadbeat and may be again.........and that you may catch the disease and walk off without paying also.

You can try to contact ebay for business on facebook and see if you can get someone to champion you for reinstatement...that has sometimes worked....... Read the rules there about posting......

UPDATE: I have spoken to eBay again today stating the only problem I could find was my partners fees that he has successfully paid. They have reinstated the account that was suspended regarding the fees. They stated that was not the problem. Word for word "california-supply_co is suspended because there is a violation with the ebay community and it has nothing to do with the money you owe with eBay." I have also noticed that 35 of my passwords have been compromised on google which would lead to all of my accounts. Now I am unsure if this is fraud but I am beginning to think so.

Also during covid I had no control of postal service slacking on their job and some customers complaint weren't accurate. I called ebay to have them removed and they told me to call back another time for it and when I did they said it was too late they couldn't do anything.
