I got charged crazy high international fee even the seller and buyer are located in EU (zero fees according to eBay terms). Plus, I am unable to contact support, absolutely zero chance to contact them because they just support US phone numbers or German but I live in other country. How can I do that?

The Czech Republic has not adopted the euro as its currency. It is a member of the EU but is not in the Eurozone.

It seems you don't understand the terms you're using. Please look up the Eurozone and what it means, as it definitely does not include the Czech Republic.

A couple of points:
1. Your post here in eBay's Selling Community Page will most likely not be read by anybody in eBay's corporate offices who can actually remove the fee.
2. A lot of other eBay users -- who are mostly in the United States and perhaps Canada -- have posted factual information from eBay's User Agreement(s), which you continue to reject.
3. Which eBay national site did you list your item on? Did you list on eBay.de? I doubt you listed on eBay.com, the American site.
4. Did you know that each of eBay's national sites has its own User Agreement? (I am sure there are many similarities among those User Agreements but, still, you should really refer to the User Agreement of the site on which you listed.) Did you know that, in each of those User Agreements, the specific fee policies are all spelled out? I expect that many of these other eBay users who have offered information and advice to you have taken the time and effort to read from User Agreements that apply to you but not to them.
People have tried to help you. And, again, you continue to reject their counsel and advice.
Good Day to You.

You are in the Czech Republic which is not part of the Eurozone.
As a result if the buyer was outside your country, the Czech Republic, it looks like your international fee would be 1.6% since you are within the Europe grouping. You never have replied to the questions regarding where you buyer is located or what the assessed international feel was. What was the number of the item that sold?

Hey guys, you are right. I meant that eBay cares about EU as European Union but they care about a currency used in each every country, then yes, my country is not in Eurozone but is in European Union. Well, there should be a fee of 1.6%. Well why did eBay charged 4.2%? For those who dont know the item was sold from Czechia to Italy. Thank you.

According to this page, eBay.de also has a International Selling Fee of 3%, although I’m not sure how the 4.2% was calculated if that’s the case:

I cannot figure out how they got the 4.2%. At this point that is probably a good question for eBay customer service. I would suggest you contact them through one of the social media sites.

It is impossible, I am trying this for a 3rd day in a row and they just dont care, do not react anything. It is a prime example of terrible customer service.

You still haven't posted your fee breakdown for us to see. Make sure you don't include any personal information for you or your customer, but give us the details and we can help you figure it out.

You said in your first post that telephoning eBay was next to impossible. @dbfolks166mt gave you links to Facebook and X/Twitter accounts you can use to send messages and chat online with customer service. Are you saying those don't work for you either?

I tried all the options 1) chat on eBay website - they wanted me to have German, Austrian or Swiss phone number for a call that of course I do not have 2) I contact them on Facebook via the links you posted - they did the same just refered me to a call with again the phone number I do not have and further they did not care at all 3) Twitter completely useless, no answer at all. There is basicaly no way to contact them for me because I am not a resident of Germany or Austria or Swiss.

Thank you for that. It's remarkably clear, actually, and running it through translation confirmed what I thought I could read in that. I don't know why you were charged 4.2%, instead of at most 3.3% from the materials I can find, and from what I can see it should have been 1.6%. Sorry, I don't think I can provide you any more help!

Well that kind of sucks. It may possibly be a difference in location. What I posted was what I am familiar with as a US seller. There may be, and should be, ways for you to contact them but I am just not acquainted with them. Thy searching the help files from your side and see if you can find any resources. You can search the help files from the top of the page in your seller hub. Click on the Help & Contact and you should be able to search for something like contacting eBay. It should also bring up your recent orders and you can click on the one you need help with. At least that is what I see from my account.

It appears that you are listing on eBay Germany as a private seller, in order to take advantage of the free selling (0% final value fees) that are charged for private sellers. That would mean that you are covered by the fees charged by eBay Germany for private sellers. (Rather than the lower international fees that are for Export sellers or business sellers.)
According the fees outlined on eBay Germany, you should have been charged a 5% international fee, because you listed as a private seller on eBay Germany, and the item was purchased by a buyer with a shipping address in Italy.
I don't know why you were only charged 4.2%, instead of 5%.
