I'm a seller from Vietnam and selling on ebay some year ago,
QuynhAnh, I understand you are concerned about selling suspension and you wish to get your account reinstated. However, this account is related to account "tuan72", which was suspended and hence any secondary accounts are restricted from selling.
Building a trusted marketplace is our first priority. As such, we suspend any account that poses a risk to that trust. Your account has been suspended from selling because the pattern of activities we have witnessed present a risk to our eBay community.
This suspension is permanent. You will not be able to participate in any buying activities on eBay. In addition, any other accounts that you own, or that are associated with this account, will also be suspended from selling.
While we know this isn't the response you wished to receive, there is no further opportunity for appeal on this decision.
We appreciate for your patience and seeking your co-operation in this matter."
Now i need your help from this public forum.

That can be a real mess you can not solve. Did you ever log into your account from another computer or allow another user to do so from yours? That will link accounts.
All you can do is contact eBay again and try to explain. Just don't get your hopes up. You have done everything eBay has asked?

Once eBay says the suspension is "Permanent", no one can help you.

Can be many reasons they are linking you to another account........one/both used the same computer/same IP, etc..... can be many violations that he may have committed.......
The one way that I've ever seen to get out of this.......is IF the other person owes money, either get him to pay or pay it yourself......... otherwise they usually don't reinstate........could be exceptions of course, especially if you know/can find out what happened to the other seller.

It's called "Guilt by association" @vietcrystals and unfortunately, it's not something eBay will generally reconsider.

Also the fact that tuan72 was also a seller of crystals is probably another thing that is showing as a link.
Are you 100% certain you have never had another account - tuan72 was registered in Mar 5th 2012 also in Vietnam, the similarities are definitely there.

IMHO, both accounts ARE the same seller, same items sold, same listing titles and in many cases, same feedback comments left for buyers.
Ebay's rules are clear. If an account is suspended, you can't open or use another account.

Thank you!

I wonder if someone is looking for a workaround?

Hello
I have the same problem! Your account has been restored?
Thanks

I'm having the same issue. eBay won't tell me why or how my account is linked to the other one. The only thing I can think of as the reason would maybe be that the other person is using a laptop that was stolen from me several years ago. I was told that I need to contact the other account holder and tell them to contact eBay. If someone messaged me out of the blue and said to contact eBay about getting THEIR account back, I'd delete immediately as spam or scam.

I have this issue too 16 year eBay account don't sell often but I do sometimes, tried to list a item boom can't. Told it's permanent nothing I can do so 16 years loyal ebayer 100% feedback and no idea how this has happened it's shocking how unhelpful eBay are with it too like I'm the person who has done wrong.

I'm an occasional seller. Back in February I had switched banks, updated everything on ebay, and then sold my previous graphics card. They wanted my driver's ID and a bank statement so I uploaded it through the site. Next day I was permanently banned. I used the help option and chatted with someone who said they couldn't tell me why I was banned in the first place, but said in 60-72 days the money from the sale should be in my account. Today, after 3 months of calling, being on hold, and getting hung up on after being on hold for hours I got through and explained that I was still waiting for the money from the previous sale (nearly 90 days later) and told them once again that ebay wanted my ID and bank statement (that I had indeed provided) and I was banned after submitting it. An hour ago, I got an email "successful verification" and my account is now back.
vietcrystals, if you are legit and not associated with this other account at all and even if your English isn't great, calling might help. It could take months like it did me, but just because they say in the automated email that "there will not be an opportunity to appeal this decision" it's not necessarily true. Keep trying, and good luck!
