You can try to go into the Selling tab under "My eBay" and at the bottom
there will be "Monthly Limits" on the lower right. There's a link for
"Request to list more." Because you are a pretty new account, you might
have to sell with what your limit s...
I'm an occasional seller. Back in February I had switched banks, updated
everything on ebay, and then sold my previous graphics card. They wanted
my driver's ID and a bank statement so I uploaded it through the site.
