eBay Account Suspended Due to BBE & Still Not Restored After 60 Days

Hey everyone,

My eBay account was suspended due to a high Bad Buyer Experience (BBE) rate, and even after 60 days, I still haven’t gotten it back. I’ve contacted eBay support multiple times, but they haven’t given me a clear solution.

I’ve heard that after 60 days, some accounts get reinstated automatically. Has anyone experienced this? Or is there anything else I can do to recover my account?

Any advice would be really helpful!

Thanks!

BBE suspensions are usually permanent.

Dropshipping from Aliexpress is also a policy violation.

Have a great day.

You still have items up despite 6 negs, claiming fake rabbit fur........I'm surprised you're still able to sell at all......

Who are you trying to kid? You obviously are not suspended since you're still selling, I see 54 items listed.

"dear they said you can still sell"

Thats surprising with your buyer feedback, you should be grateful for that.So Ebay is blocking any new listings?

What about them? Please don't address me as dear. Thank you.
You are restricted not suspended which means you can only sell what you have listed and probably cannot list anymore until you get your BBE rating lowered.  If you were suspended you wouldn't even have the 54 listings that you have.

Because you have so many complaints about the fake fur items you've sold, Ebay is going to hold your funds to make sure the buyers have received what was promised. Idk for how long, they want any refunds to come out of your pocket, not theirs.

From what I can see, 6 of the last 9 feedback you received are negative.

Support not giving you a clear solution to fix your account is probably telling you a lot.

@sklshop

In order to recover your account,  you have to improve your performance as shown in your Cross Border Trade Seller Dashboard.

This policy is for export sellers, those who are not based in the country/region where the eBay website they are using is based. The requirements are posted on a subdomain of ebay.com, and this is the community for sellers on export.ebay.com.

Here is information about the BBE (Bad Buyer Experience) requirement. The CBT (Cross-Border Trade) Seller Dashboard is where you can monitor your performance against the requirements. There are two elements to the CBT dashboard; BBE and INR (Item Not Received). These are separate requirements in addition to the seller standard that all sellers have to meet.

Here is information on the export.ebay.com website, which applies to export sellers:

https://export.ebay.com/en/regulations/ebay-policies/bber/

https://export.ebay.com/en/regulations/ebay-policies/shipping-performance-policy-item-not-received-r...

Other sellers have reported that, if they can show regular improvement, and get the incidence rate down to the acceptable levels for several evaluation periods, then the restrictions may be lifted.
