Is there a way to put all my listings on e-bay at say 10% off, or does this have to be done individually..

I can "edit" the price by a %age on all my fixed price listings at one time in "bulk".
Seller hub>
Active listings>
Select all>
Edit>

Yes, you can do that:

It is easy. Click on "Mark Down Manager" and follow instructions. You can run your 10% off for as long as you like. I reduce my entire inventory by 10% every month. Just a few simple clicks and you are done.

You can only decrease prices by 10% in bulk if you have a store. eBay sellers without a store have to make the change manually with the edit option and they have to do each one individually.. But that doesn't show that it's a sale and it's permanent until they change them again.

idk what your talking about never said use bulk editor, that doesn't create a markdown either, just decreases price of the item and since you have to do each individually from bulk editor why even bother and just go into the listings and edit each one?
You can markdown items more then 10% through >Marketing >Promotions>Markdown Sale Event - I do it every week almost. And the minimum you can start a markdown sale is 5% - highest is 80%, once you pick the percentage off, you then just select the listings you want to include, then select Next, then enter start and end date/time and name the sale, done.
as for store, I didn't look at OP's listings etc... don't know if they have store, didn't know those w/o store couldn't use promotions like mark down event sale? (if that's what you mean)

@lightlily_arts ...reading down the posts, I think you were trying to reply to what @buyselljack2016 was talking about with bulk editor

It used to be that you needed a Store to use the Markdown Manager. Had that changed?
