I sold an item that, the shi the buyer wasn't happy with and they asked
for a full refund. As it was shipped out of the USA the shipping cost
and the customs costs were also added into their request. I offered to
refund them the amount I was paid for...
I got abn e-mail stating these 2 items were delived,as did the buyer and
yet he said they haven't shown up..Can someone check on these
items..These are e-bay item#'s....173619745291 and
173619754530..,...They were shipped to Australia..
The partial refund was the price they paid for the item....It was my 1st
time doing so and apparently made a mistake..E-Bay stepped in and helped
resolve it...I learned a lesson here.
