cancelling a listing

I've been trying to cancel a listing for two weeks now and I keep getting offers.  I cannot figure out how to cancel on you web site.  I Plug in my item number  185817180023 and it doesn't recognize it.  I keep getting offers and now there's a dispute.  HELP!!

Second, I see your item https://www.ebay.com/itm/185817180023  has sold.   What is the dispute?  Have you shipped the item?

If so, you did sell it and I suspect were paid and need to ship it.   It's not an active listing, It's an item you have sold to a buyer.   The dispute would be they paid for it and you never shipped it.   Also I don't see you shipping it for the amount you charged.    More like 300 dollars I suspect.

You need to either ship or refund the buyer.     Looks like you took your first jump before learning how to put on your parachute.

No, I’ve cancelled the listing ,  or at least tried and I still kept getting offers and now a dispute.  I gave away the exercise machine to charity snd don’t have it any more.  
the system won’t recognize my number and I can’t get anyone to talk too.  Do you have a phone number do I can figure out what to do?

If you no longer have the machine, find the order in your Seller Hub/Orders/Awaiting shipment. Use the drop down menu to the left to Cancel the order, citing 'Out of Stock'. Easy peasy. Good luck.

How do I refund  buyer?  I don’t have any money from them!

1)   If you sold it

2)  You're a new seller

3)  Buyer paid ebay

4)  eBAy has money

5)  You cancel

6)  ebay refunds buyer.

7)  If buyer has not paid,   Money is not an issue other than 

      the money you will owe ebay
