How much more Ignorant can you be??? EVERYTHING is the Sellers Fault. Even Delayed Shipping. Do you think ALL these experienced Sellers with all these years of selling under their belts, going to lie to you so you can screw the customer? eBay will also charge you $20.00 escalation fee if they have to waste their time to fix stupidity. With that attitude, eBay will send you on your way to the Big River real fast. Enjoy

But it is your responsibility.
If a baby poops in his diaper, it's his fault, but it is an adult's responsibility to clean him up.
Are you going to be the baby or the adult?
Or the diaper ?

You mean the Styx? That's kinda scary.

Hi everyone,
Since this thread has gotten a bit off-topic, please bring the discussion back to subject established in the original post.
Thank you.

Don’t shoot the messenger. You asked a simple question on your options here within eBay policy and returns process, and we all answered it unanimously. Not one person here gave a different answer to what your outcome will be. Do you think that it’s a coincidence? Or there actually might be some truth there?
You don’t need to defend your view to us, at least not to me because I don’t care. We are just messengers who are telling you exactly what eBay will do to you. If you have a problem with the policy, take it up with eBay. Convincing us of anything won’t change how eBay will drop the hammer on you if you fight the return.

I've been selling a long and time (since 1999) and everywhere online, and there are some things I just DO NOT sell, because they have too many problems. You're selling to the world here, not someone who has some intimate knowledge that "everybody (apparently) knows" - sell that stuff locally or in special interest groups where people know exactly what they're getting.
