Customer support not calling me back

I need help with a buyer issue and put in request for Customer Support to call be back. The request said it would be 12 minutes, well it has been 2 hours and no reply. I put in a second request and nothing. Anyone else have this problem.

Ebay charged me $433 for cancelling an auction early. Is this something new? A sellers fee when you close an auction because a mistake was made.

My 1099-K is wrong

I just received my 1099-K from eBay today. They used an old EIN instead of the new EIN I supplied to them months ago. Does anybody have a non-AI contact at eBay to fix this?

First I ALWAYS claim my income so this is just an inquisitive ?. Seems Ebay has recently stated that income under 5K will not be provided to IRS. My `1099K is under that amount. So will Ebay report it to IRS. Super conflicting.
