How to improve sales conversion rate?

I wanna ask for help. Recent day my shop sale's volume item rarely, it almost be zero. I try to optimize my item listing, creating many new listings, and every one of them is created accurately, but it is still effortless. (｡•́︿•̀｡) I have no idea at all next step. Is that any master giving some feasible suggestion? That' will be very appreciated! Thanks a lot! 🌹🌹🌹

Not sure what to tell you.

You are drop shipping items from China. 

Many others are also and their prices are cheaper.

Your account says you are in the US but the items all ship from China.

Your sentences at times are not making sense. " Is that any master giving some feasible suggestion" ??

Also what you are selling would be a hard sell.

The US economy isnt the best right now and gift coins for rewards doesnt seem like it would be high priority for many people.

 Maybe branch out to sell something you have, not drop shipping from China.

I am so sorry this is taking such a toll on you.  You need to find a way for this to not be affecting you so deeply as clearly it is going to end up affecting your health if you don't find a way to deal with selling on the internet.

You have received some great advice on this thread.  Why do you drop ship from China???  That right off is likely turning away buyers.  I've got to say I'm surprised you can ship in 2 days.  

Do you have other options of things to sell?  If you absolutely have to drop ship, can't you find a US business that drop ships this kind of stuff?  

This isn't likely causing you any issues, but you have your listings set up with a 2 day handling time, but in the description of your listings, you state your handling time is 3 days.  You really should fix that.

If I was you, first thing ... I'd hire a local NATURAL speaking American English person to edit your text.  

Make them into text files and cut n copy everything.

Then, I'd find MORE INVENTORY.  Keep listing.
