Ebay is giving me over 1 month to reply/accept a return

This return request was filed 3 days ago, and the buyer only bought the item less than 2 weeks ago. Look at how much time ebay is giving me to act. Won't the buyer become impatient here, or don't return requests time-out after 30 days of being filed?
