Buyer telling me Ebay won't let them buy? Says I'm on vacation? Not so.

As if slow sales aren't enough, had a buyer last night to try to make a purchase and sent me a message saying Ebay says my items are on vacation? I checked everything and there is nothing on Time Away. Anyone else getting this?

An overseas buyer asks if I can make the shipment to her a gift?

Is she doing that to avoid taxes or import fees? I wouldn't do that as it would be illegal. My overseas shipping is all through Ebay International (Global).
