My sell page has issues

So I'm trying to put more items for sale.  I go to the sell tab.  I keyed in the thing in the search bar.  I find the item tag for the page.  I'm at the draft item page.  And then, I try to modify the page.  The page reloads.  I try to modify the page again.  The page reloads.  I give up, and try to list the item at this point.  The page reloads.  The article remains unlisted.  I can save the page for later.  But I want to list the item.  Drafts waiting for me to resume don't get me anywhere.  I've read that this could be malware.  I have Malwarebytes installed.  I've tried clearing the browser history.  I have a separate VPN.  Is there something that I've missed?  I'm trying to locate the help tab on eBay. I need more ideas.  Please help me.

I'm not sure that I understand what is happening to you, but if you are game, lets try the way that I usually create a listing.

First go to your Overview - eBay Seller Hub .

If you haven't done it yet, there is a Customize button on the upper right side and you can move the boxes into an order that best suits your need.  My top row are the boxes I use the most.  First up is Listing, then Order followed by Seller Level.

Look in the Listing box.  The first option in that box is CREATE Listing.  Click on that and see if you can create your new listing.

I have had this glitch strike me listing items also, instead of accepting the item tab suggestions go to the right of the screen and click Proceed with no matches found and that will let you work around the problem. For some reason when you choose their item specifics when you try to enter something that conflicts with their chosen item specifics it automatically reloads and resets the page. You will have to fill out the listing item specifics manually but at least you can list the item.
