In 20+ years on Ebay I've always mailed my packages time. I've NEVER
been late once. Now, with the USPS casual attitude toward scanning I've
gotten one "late shipping" and am about to get another; I mailed 3 same
size packages together... 2 were scan...

My Post Office is almost 8 miles away and there is usually one clerk and
