There is 1 Bid on an item, and the "Buy it Now" option disappeared. If the Bidder Retracts the bid, or the Seller Cancels the Bid, will the "Buy It Now" option reappear?

I have access to some brand-new n95 masks and other professionally manufactured masks and heard that eBay has banned the selling of masks. What's the latest on this debacle?

Since placing a Bid, the buyer has decided to Purchase the item at the "Buy it Now" Price, that has disappeared.
