I have a $35,000 sports card listed. I shouldn't even look at a zero feedback offer, correct? eBay is no help. They can't even see the address.

Looks like it's too late for this guy. As stated above, we'll probably hear from him again down the road.

He had previously sold another high end card about a month ago. Wouldn't be that surprised if he soon sees a dispute, claim, or chargeback. Wait until he gets the bill for his selling fees. Wonder what delivery service he is using ? And yes, I'll bet we hear from him again.

You'll lose that card and the money.

Checking that same card online, in the same certified condition, I see them going for $10K, or less. If someone was willing to grossly overpay for that particular card, what do you think the chances are of a scam in the making? I wish the seller all the luck in the world.

wonder if the seller was asked to put gift cards in the package when shipping because it is a birthday present for the buyers nephew.

I looked the listing he had for a previous high end card he sold. The listing showed delivery by USPS 1st class. Go figure. I don't think the OP really wanted advice.

Can you even get that much insurance on a package?
Yes.
You will pay for it, but you can get it. The company bases its rates on the risk.
For high end collectibles we use Hugh Wood Insurance ( of London, New York and Toronto) who will even insure your stock while driving to a trade show.
They also insure the American Philatelic Society conventions when the displays (did you know there was such a thing as competitive stamp collecting? now you do) run to several million dollars and sometimes a "million dollar exhibit" can be just one stamp.

The problem is ebay allows multiple accounts. This needs to end. Had a scammer attempt to get me on $450 neon , charged back right when it arrived at local post office. Deleted his ebay account right after. Well after multiple phone calls to post office and police , the neon was returned to me within 30 days.

No way would i ever sell to a no feedback bidder ! Your asking for a huge loss.

I hold seven accounts -- only four actively selling.
There are good reasons for multiple accounts, with selling different products on different accounts being foremost. Chainsaws and brassieres make a strange combination.
Also, some members have buying accounts to procure product, selling accounts to sell the product, and posting accounts to protect the other two from attack by vigilantes.

It doesn't matter what eBay thinks of the buyer or his address. The risk is yours, as far as whether the buyer is going to claim that it arrived damaged, or you shipped him the wrong card, etc. While we can see that you have several prior sales in the thousands of dollars, those will have no bearing on whether the next sale is going to go sideways on you. Please keep us informed on what happens next.
