Hello, so I have a item I sold in December, it never showed up. I am positive I did the insurance on it as it was over 200. I cant find a way to see it or put a claim in? is there a way to see I paid for it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Assuming it's USPS- go to usps.com and put in the tracking number. At the bottom of the tracking page expand the section that says Product Information. That's where you can find things like class of mail, signature confirmation, insurance, etc.
Edit- if it was a Priority package and you purchased the postage through eBay there's an automatic $50 insurance included or $100 if you're TRS, which the account you're posting with is.
Just an FYI- if the package is eventually delivered I believe USPS will ask for any payouts back. I shipped a package Dec 1 that was just delivered on Jan 8. I'm still waiting for a package I shipped a few days after that one to be delivered.

Ah- sorry I missed that from your title. My above comment about included insurance for Priority still stands.
Can you look at your bill to see how much you paid for shipping? If you paid extra for insurance then it should be obvious from the amount paid.

So, I assume you already read this page:
Perhaps if you followed the instructions on how to file a claim, you'd be able to discover whether you had actually purchased insurance for that item? Click on the "+" sign in the FAQ section next to "If an item is lost or damaged, how do I file a claim." If you bought the insurance, it should allow you to file a claim. If you didn't, the option to file a claim shouldn't be available (in theory, anyway).

Try this:
In Orders, go to Shipping Labels. On the right side, click on More Actions. If you purchased ShipCover Insurance, there will be a choice for Create Claim; if not, it may just say Print Packing Slip.
