I keep getting this, doesn't matter which listing I try to print shipping on:
Going somewhere else to print labels is going to be lots of extra work, why can't I print them on eBay?

What about when you go to the label purchase page. Click edit next to your ship from address on that page to make sure something didn't get messed up.
Yes, that's my "ship from" address.
When I'm in the shipping screen, it shows "Niagara Falls 14304-1675" on the right hand side. When I click it, the drop down shows only one "ship from" address (that one) and it's correct.
I tried to change the address to just have 14304, but eBay gives me an error that the address doesn't match, when I add in 1675 at the end, it takes it just fine. I checked on USPS website, seems like nothing has changed. Online Chit Chats is showing the address I have as their location in Niagara Falls (for the ship from).
To make things more irritating for me tonight, Canada Post was acting up. They changed their website and I got a 404 error in the middle of putting details in for my shipping label there, then it wouldn't charge my card, then it wouldn't print. I did get it all sorted out, but it's just been "quite a day" for trying to ship.
I can't show you a screen shot since there's nothing in my Orders to ship right now, I took care of all that today. If tomorrow is supposed to be a hectic day at work, I don't want to use all my energy dealing with shipping problems before I even start my work for the day.

I know eBay error messages should be taken with a grain of salt, but the one you're showing here is specifically referring to the ZIP code of your Ship From ZIP entry, which is not the same as your Return address. Ship From ZIP is the one on which Calculated Shipping is based, for those shipments that don't have a fixed charge by the carrier.
Your page at https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses is where the Ship From ZIP address is specified (you can have multiples if needed, for when you ship from different locations), along with the others that you store for your account: Registration, Ship To (for purchases), Return, and Local Pickup. I would suggest walking through each of those in turn, and verifying that each is up to date and correct. (In the past, Ship From ZIP did not require a complete origin address, but now it does.)
This is my ship from address:
The address is good, I don't know why there's a problem. That's the correct zip code.

Have you tried removing the parenthesis and the front slash in the C/O reference? It's possible either eBay or USPS did a site update and those characters register an error and the bad address message is returned.

I'll try that. This is how Chit Chats wants it addressed, but I think it's only a concern if the item is returned.

I agree. The USPS really does not like special characters in what they think is the recipient name field. I know they are okay with hyphens but I do not think they like parentheses on that line. They have also been doing some site updates recently so they may now be picky about things that were fine before.
I would suggest moving everything that follows the 'sin-n-dex' to the second line and just leave your 'name' on the first line. Have the C/O company name start that line and finish the line with whatever you have in parentheses. See if simplifying the name field that way makes a difference.

Nope, that didn't do it.
Changed it to Sin-n-Dex My name CO Chit Chats, no slashes, no parenthesis... no go.

I'm logged into eBay.com. If I were in the CA one, I wouldn't be able to print USPS labels.

That was @ebooksdiva 's point. Which is why they asked.
Easy, they were just trying to help you, not insult you in any way.

Might work itself out later today or tomorrow. Other issue could be with the buyers address. If you can't wait. Can always give Pirate, XPS Ship, or Stamps a shot.
Ah ha! I was wondering if there was an increase taking effect this week.
That might be it, I seem to remember the last time they increased it I had problems printing. But it was only for a day or so.
Anyway I got most of my stuff printed, there's a few strays that will get done tonight for packing tomorrow, but it's at least under control.
I didn't have much to do today that was important other than pack orders, so the fact that it took me a lot longer than usual is not really any big deal. One reason it took longer was because I did a few at a time and took breaks inbetween (so might not have been longer on task, but just longer over all).

There are NO rate increases for USPS going into affect this week for Ebay. Some other sites are having increases, but not Ebay.

Having the exact same problem.
Getting the same red error banner when I tried to purchase shipping for USPS Flat Rate Envelope.
Had been using the same ship from address & zip code (in California) from day 1.
Also checked on USPS and verified the zip code is correct.
I was able to purchase a UPS Ground label with the same ship from address/zip code for another order so I guess the problem lies between ebay and USPS...?

Good morning @sin-n-dex and @japanmanialab. We'll get this to our shipping team right away to see if we can get to the bottom of this and will follow up when we receive an answer.

Really? That's not my luck. I do better with UK and Australia.
Are my prices on NZ MNH too high? (I have lots of 1980s and 90s stamps listed, there are a bunch of MH stamps going up sometime soon, not sure where they fall in the queue, there's some 500 photos of stuff to list in my output folder).

Not yet, and there might not be news today... tomorrow isn't a shipping day for me, so I might not get much packed up tonight. From what I recall, I don't know there's an USPS to go out (as Ground Ad or Priority)... there's only been a few sales last night.

I'm not sure why you think I felt insulted, but I didn't, I was answering and explaining for the benefit of future replies, because I often get lots of replies relating to being in Canada (while people forget my ship from is in Niagara Falls, I'm treated as a USA seller on the site).
If it came across as my taking offense, I apologize, I didn't mean for it to come across that way.
