I keep getting this, doesn't matter which listing I try to print shipping on:

Going somewhere else to print labels is going to be lots of extra work, why can't I print them on eBay?

Make sure that the return address and send from addresses in your account settings are a US address. According to the two other posters that were having problems, the problem was fixed when both those addresses were in the US. Something must have been changed in the backend to cause the problem.\

I think she selected it because I explained how to solve the problem (for anyone reading the original post), normally I wouldn't select my own answer on a post, but after getting all the clues and help from everyone here, I figured out what on my account was different that would cause this to happen. Hopefully I can help others with this problem too since it doesn't seem it's just me.

BUT they do not do Fed Ex labels on Pirate Ship, so I have no options to ship with Fed Ex and I have two Fed Ex orders that need to go out ASAP.

Something changed in the USPS interface that is pulling your "return to " address for the label, it's no longer the "ship from" address they are using. Your return address is probably your address in Canada (as you're registered there like me, I wanted customers to return items to Canada). eBay doesn't permit that, you need to use your US address as the return to AND ship from, then you should be able to print USPS labels on eBay. Can't offer advice on the FedEx, I don't use FedEx.
