For the last 3 days I haven't able to utilize the tool as I get an infinite loading screen when I open any pictures or try to make any changes. When I click out the entire page goes unresponsive and needs to be refreshed. I've seen other sellers on forums ask about this with no response and the issue persists through different web engines so I have to assume the issue is on the side of eBay.

This happens to me every once in a blue moon and when it does, I log out of eBay, clear my browser cache, and log back in.
Sometimes eBay's computers respond quickly, other times, not so much.
I remember a few months back, it would take a good 10 seconds for my seller hub page to fully load, so that I could type in a key word and search for an item.
After a few weeks, it was as if a switch had been turned on, and everything was suddenly very responsive.
I assumed at the time that eBay was tweaking its site's memory cache settings, or something along those lines.

Unfortunately doing that didn't resolve the issue. I did a full cookies and cache wipe for my browser that i mainly use eBay on, the issue replicates itself on other web browsers like Google Chrome. Other eBay users have reported the same issue in the same timeframe of the last 3 days so I think fixing the issue myself isn't an option

Hi @antmascardsncollectibles . This is when using bulk edit, correct? It's not about listing items in bulk?
Either way, click the ? icon on the lower right of the page to submit a tech report to the product developers. It's fast and easy, and the more people reporting the higher priority it will get on eBay's fix list.
Tagging in others that asked about this on the mentor forum.

I’ve been having the exact same issue for the last three days now. I even submitted a case to eBay support and received a case number. I just spoke to them and they told me that I’m the only person in the entire world having this issue, and therefore no one will focus on it and so it can’t get resolved. They asked me many repetitive questions once again – and, as usual… Very unfortunately… Did not seem to care one bit. Did I reset my cash/browsing data… Am I using chrome Safari, etc.… Yada yada yada. I’ve tried all these things. I’ve troubleshot this thing 18 ways to the sun. I’m not an idiot. It happened abruptly. I’ve tried multiple computers/browsers, etc. No dice. I am literally paralyzed and no one at eBay cares one bit.
again – again – – –… This happens anytime I want to make any multiple item edits… Whether it is to active listings or whether it’s during the multiple items listing process. I’m not sure what else I need to do or what other information I need to provide eBay or anyone for that matter to get help with this, but it is crippling.
biggest issue for me is eBay’s lack of giving a F. Unbelievable

Use the ? report option I mentioned above @bigpoppa_sd-sports-cards . It'll have info tied to your report like your OS, browser, etc. These reports go to the product developers and the more people reporting, the better chance eBay will look into it and fix it. It's more effective than calling customer service.

Just spoke to eBay tonight. They finally admit, they are aware of the issue and are working on it

Perhaps they might be.

I helped another seller with similar issues with the bulk listing tool, here
Also, it appears you can't choose a store category in the bulk listing tool.

Hi @eastlaneave . Yeah, I think I responded to about 10 threads today on problems with bulk edit and bulk list.
This user says the problem is specific to Chrome. Not sure if that's the case for everybody, but if you see more reports on the Mentor forum you can maybe suggest they use a different browser for now if they're using Chrome.
Also, using the ? icon to report is the best option for now. The more reports, the higher priority the issue will get, and using the ? option is so fast and easy. 🙂

When I've tried bulk edit the past few days, It freezes up my Mac!

Not a browser issue (tried 3). Not a cookies issue. Router reset: nope. I'm an IT guy by trade, so I eliminated all the typical fixes. No dice. I think this could be a problem that's only faced by a certain string of users. Whether that's by sign up date, location, account age, item categories or what...I don't know. Similar to how they rolled out the new website in phases to groups of users a year ago. But it seems fairly random and we're all now going on several days not being able to access this critical feature. The fact they don't put it in the pinned known issues thread is hilarious.
