I was hoping to get some direction in what I could do here. I have quite a bit of issues with revising listings, selling and store categories.
1) I try all the time to revise my listings but keep getting a message (I have attached it to this message). No matter the listing it comes back with that message, however first of all the listings in question are NOT auction style listings, nor are they auction at all.
2) Right now I cannot do ANYTHING in bulk listings, I chose the "listings" then "create a listing" then I select "photo upload" I select 2 pictures (all I sell are sports cards, so front and back pics". I up load them and I get the screen that I attached to this message and it never stops.
3) When I am able to do the process of listing in bulk from those steps, I am not able to pick any other category from my store other than "football" even though I have more categories and have had a lot more. But for convenance sake I merged them because again eBay will not help, nor fix my issue.
Any I want to say thank you in advance for any help anyone can give me. Much appreciate.
You can't revise a listing when you have an outstanding best offer, either an offer sent to you or an offer sent to watchers.

For issue #2
Once you've uploaded the photos, are you clicking submit or save for later?
You need to use "Save for Later" to make them drafts
If you are getting that screen before you are clicking "save for later" or submit"
Try uploading 4 photos total for 2 listings to see if that helps. Reply back to let me know.
3) the category issue may be a glitch.
I can't choose any of my store categories either. There is one prefilled, but when I try to pick another category it doesn't allow me to do so.

At least one user says using a browser other than Chrome fixes the problem for now.
