Why can't I sell a Kouros testor?

Tonight I tried to list a Kouros testor new in box.I got a message that said sorry certain fragrances and testers cannot be sold.So then I entered Kouros tester into search...pulled up several already listed exactly like mine(1525620675331,333134106799) also one that just sold 5-21 (152620675331)

Would appreciate some advice.

@oreoocat I don't know anything personally about what you are selling. If a listing gets pulled by eBay I would recommend against trying to relist it. Violating the same policy multiple times is a good way to get restricted.

It is a mens fragrance by Yves St Laurent...It wasn"t pulled...When I tried to list it ..it wouldn"t let me even though there are already several exactly like it listed.

Was your listing for worldwide shipping?  There are some countries you can't ship fragrances to.

If you haven't been previously warned about this fragrance with a Vero email, I'm not sure why it did that to you.  I do sell fragrances too.

...I searched for your Kouros testor and there was "No exact matces found" responded from eBay...

...perhaps some adjustments of wording when creating your listing might help...

...is this your first-time selling perfume...?

...with the issue of being verified authenticity or counterfeit, eBay is kinda strict in this kind of listing at the beginning but then all will be wind down after few successful sales...

I are spelled tester wrong in the original post....key in Kouros tester.They are still listed.Plus I aslo gave the actual ebay auction numbers in original post that are still listed.
no I dont ship anything international.

This one (1525620675331) is not showing up for me, the other two do, both are listed by dodgy sellers.

Both of the ones I found are very old listings from 2017 it's possible the filter didn't exist then.

The other possibilities.....without giving any details there are ways to get around the listing blocks.

Ebay is incompetent.

It doesn't matter what other people are doing.

It doesn't matter why they pulled your listing or refused to let you list.

If they told  you not to list it, don't list it. If you do, it can affect your ability to sell up to account closure.

Remember, ebay is incompetent.

I agree that a warning from eBay usually means for you to do what they say.

But in this case (and since the listing wasn't 'pulled'), you might try to get one of the active listings up and use the 'Sell Now' feature instead of starting from scratch.

If they pull your listing or send you another warning, don't try it again. Good luck!

Thanks..I think I will hold onto it.Maybe after this pandemic thing is over they will get live body help again and I can try to get an answer.

You can get to real people for help.  Just not always via a phone call.

Drop to the bottom of the page and the email option is there.  Or you can click on the reason for needing assistance and the options for contact will display.  For some of them that could be the ability to call, leave a message for a call back, email or live chat.
