Where is the QR Code for SELLER?

So, I sold an item to my buyer, and eBay just says he has paid for it. It has not reached my account, nor have either one of us gotten the QR code that is required for me to recieve the payment. I am at my last straw honestly because I have been trying for 2 days now to get the code. Any help, please??

The seller gets the QR code from the buyer, the buyer gets it from an email that eBay sends them.

If the buyer doesn't pay up front (paying cash on pick-up) then they won't have a QR code.
