So I have an issue at the moment. So a buyer bought some shoes that were listed used condition. Buyer after item was claimed to be delivered messaged me saying they wanted a full refund because FEDEX lost the package. So I told them to open a lost package report on ebay. But they kept finding any excuse to not open the case. And was just wanting a refund. Then buyer stopped replying. Messaged me hours later saying product is now delivered by some random person and then send me pictures asking now for a return of the product super heavily damaged when 1st the item was super well packed with double box to avoid damage and there is no way it was damaged that way. Product looks like it was in purposely scratched in purpose. What should I do?

Tell her to open a not as described case, and if you want them back, provide a return label. If you dont want them back you can just refund without return.

Yeah I did. But seems like they open now a return request but I contacted ebay and they did mentioned that once item is return and inspected I can do a partial return if item is not the same or damaged. But since I have 30 day returns I'll accept it. But something about this person ain't right.

Unfortunately if the buyer decides to file a "not as described" case you will be forced to accept the return and will need to issue a full refund. You can dispute it and state that the shoes look like they were damaged on purpose but you are risking a defect on your record. I understand this completely sucks as a seller dealing with a buyer like then but you have very few options.

Yeah its a item damaged but they also claimed I had packaged with no other packaging when I sent double box. But I guess it's just me learning their risks with people. But I sent them a return label now.

You got one of those crappy buyer's...Block the buyer.
I would do the refund...after a claim is open.
Return item...depends on shipping cost and can they be re-sold by you.
Sounds like maybe she worn them and scratched them out in the public.
She wants her money back...and she might do the dispute on her credit card.
And might get a not so happy feedback.
Sometimes we lose a sale which comes out of our pocketbook.
