Inspired by recent events - Let's say an item is "available for pickup" or "held at post office" by request of the buyer but the buyer doesn't bother to pick it even after the last estimated delivery date. Then the buyer files an "Item not received" complaint. Would the seller be obligated to refund because it wasn't "delivered"? Has eBay actually refunded a buyer on facts like these? I'm just curious if something like this has happened to any sellers here.

"available for pickup" is as good as delivered as far as ebay is concerned in an INR case.

Had both of those scenarios, buyer eventually filed INR. I uploaded tracking, and case closed. No refund by me.
