Resolved! Buyer hasn't paid

Hi, One of my buyer gave an offer to my item and I accepted that. But still buyer hasn't paid since 48 hrs passed. I have sent buyer a message and also I saw that buyer's feedbacks as scammer. How do I open unpaid case?

Trouble contacting buyer

Anyone else having difficulty contacting a buyer by clicking on the "Contact Buyer" from the listing page? When I do it takes me to the page for all past messages.
