I went into last years fall/winter inventory to resist. IT IS GONE!! This is so maddening! Is anyone else having this trouble?
Now, I worry about my new folder I made for 2022 Spring and Summer to relish next spring. Are there any other ways to assure these items are "kept" and available for next year?
Thanks!

I guess I'm blind. I still can't find anything about inventory.
It's only available to those that subscribed to Selling Manager Pro....when that was available.

It's not an option under my Listings tab.

Sorry, this page is available only to sellers who previously subscribed to Selling Manager Pro.

Which apparently the OP did as she had that option. I wonder why hers has now vanished?

Would you lose the Selling Manager pro option if you downgrade your store level?
All my stores are Basic which I downgraded from Premium. I seem to recall
being offered SMP back in the day.

I think SMPro was free to those with Premium stores and above, Basics could pay for it though.

Hey @legalnurseconsultant. Did you check the search filters at the top? Make sure you're on all folders, all categories and all products to see your complete inventory. Generally when you visit the page it will default to the folder you last viewed.

It Automatically Deletes After 90 Days, Can't Save Any Longer Than That, Except To Make Your Own Computer File

Do you have now, or did you once have, Selling Manager Pro?

You must have experience with this Manage Inventory feature, which was carried over from Selling Managaer Pro. Does it allow you to keep listings for longer than 90 days, and relist them months later?
I wasn't aware that even SMPro could do that, and I can't find any documentation about exactly how to use the SMPro features, but eBay says that no new signups were possible after Nov. 15 2021.

I do still have access to Inventory mgmt and use it regularly. I have listings in there that are several years old. It's been glitchy with relisting this year, full of errors - but at least the data is there so I can copy over into a new listing when needed.
You can read more about how this feature changed with the Winter Seller Update from earlier this year (link), specifically:
We’re in the process of phasing out Selling Manager Pro, but are making most Selling Manager Pro features available in Seller Hub free of charge. Sellers who currently have access to Selling Manager Pro via a standalone subscription or through a Premium or higher Store subscription as of March 2022 will continue to have access to Selling Manager Pro inventory management features free of charge. After March 2022, new Store subscriptions will not include this functionality.
I still have access to inventory management. My listings have not disappeared. My suggestion above for OP to check their search filters is really all the advice I could offer other than contacting CS. But if their listings are gone, chances are they won't be coming back and contacting CS will be a waste of time.
Since inventory mgmt is a grandfathered selling tool and not something eBay's offering to new subscribers, I don't see them putting many resources into it at this point. They revamped the entire appearance and functionality about a year ago to bring coding relatively current and that was done just before they announced the deprecation of SMPro. I don't expect to see additional updates to inventory mgmt. We get what we get at this point, and if it's broken we probably won't see fixes.

@lacemaker3 wrote:A listing can stay in this zero-quantity out-of-stock status for up to 90 days, after which it will be ended.
As long as the quantity is zero for an entire listing period (one month), then the listing will not be counted against your available free listings or cost an insertion fee if you don't have any free listings available.
Regarding out of stock option, eBay changed it close to 3 years ago from 90 days to 180 days (link).
OOS listings have always counted against my store allotment. To my knowledge, it's only if you pay a separate insertion fee that you could get a credit. But when it's a "free" listing, it has always counted. I checked some rollovers from this past week that have been OOS for 2 months with no edits or qty adjustments, and they all counted against my store allotment. Is that not what others are seeing happen?

My understanding is the same as yours. Afaik out of stock 'active' items still count as one of your free listings each month. I admit that I don't check each month but that's how I have always understood them to work.
