sending a inInvoice to a different bidder after canceling the auction

Something i`m not sure how to do. Question, I had a car up for auction and the winning bidder did not pay so i canceled the transaction. I was messaged by another bidder to purchase the car for a lower price i agreed but i need to send him an invoice to finish the transaction. because its been canceled i cant send a second chance offer to the new guy or i cant send him an invoice ether. is there anyway to send an invoice to the new bidder? or dose anyone have any suggestions?

Cancelling a listing doesn’t remove the option to send a second chance offer, it’s what you’re supposed to do.

Maybe the underbidder has disabled receiving second chance offers. You’ll have to relist to send them an invoice.
