What to do about a violent and threatening message from an eBay member??? Note that I refunded a purchase to another buyer this morning, did not block him, nor was I disrespectful to him… Interestingly, this messsge shows up after I refunded the dude. What to do?

Hit the gym because you're going to have to do a back alley brawl. No shame in whipping out a can of mace cuz there are no rules in a back alley brawl.

If you refunded them then that should be the end of the transaction so I don't see why there should be a problem. Is that message thru eBay's messaging system? If it is you can report they buyer. Not sure what eBay will do.

i have solved this issue quite simply. If they aren't one of my regular customers, I usually block them instantly once they file for a bogus return. I don't want to deal with people who change their mind after I have shipped the item, exactly as the description states. I've had enough of the rudeness, I don't want them as customers.

Abusive buyer policy
I'm confused by the verbiage of the OP and need clarifying.
"Note that I refunded a purchase to another buyer this morning, did not block him, nor was I disrespectful to him… Interestingly, this messsge shows up after I refunded the dude (dude = the other buyer). What to do? "
The way I understood this is that OP mentioned two different buyers in his post. He's venting about Buyer 1 sending violent messages. And he wants to add that on a tangent, he was nice and refunded Buyer 2 (hence "another buyer"), but yet still got a nasty message from Buyer 1 hoping implying that karma was not on his side.
If my understanding is true, unfortunately despite karma both interactions don't have anything to do with each other.
