VERO Restriction

My seller account has been temporary restricted for 3 days due to violation of VERO policy. I was informed that there will be a 7 day restriction if i violate the same again. Is there any possibility to get permanent suspension if i violate even by mistake again? Hope some one elaborate on this please.

Your problem is that you're dropshipping from China and your dropshipper probably doesn't concern itself with copyright/trademark infringements or product safety issues. You either need to pre-screen the items you are dropshipping or this issue will surface again.

If you get the 7 day ban they will restrict permanently if you violate again. I got popped a few times and got to the 3 day suspension the first and second time I tried selling a supplement that wasn't allowed however when I listed them there was no warning of such issue and the third was the stock photo I was used so needless to say I stopped selling supplements and started taking my own pics and haven't had a problem in a year however in your case it's products that are restricted to sell on ebay there's no way around that. They will restrict your account though so you may want to sell those products somewhere else or destroy them since there is recall on them and take the loss.
