My seller account has been temporary restricted for 3 days due to violation of VERO policy. I was informed that there will be a 7 day restriction if i violate the same again. Is there any possibility to get permanent suspension if i violate even by mistake again? Hope some one elaborate on this please.

So long as you do not re list the item that has been pulled, then you are not going to be restricted further.
You should however, check other similar items you may have to see if there is a possibilty of them being in violation of VeRO.
As an aside, I would remove two of your listing images and replace them with the package for the product - pretty sure you can figure out which two on the first page, didn't check the rest.

Be very careful that you don't get the second one.

VERO is a progam that allows intellectual property owners (or their authorized representatives) to report alleged infringement of their intellectual property.
A VERO takedown happens when a VERO member files a "Notice of Claimed Infringement" (NOCI) alleging that you infringed their property rights.
So just to clarify - you did not "violate a policy". You were reported by an intellectual property owner via the VERO program.
It's a minor distinction, but one worth making IMHO.

If you mean a third infringement after the 7 day one? Yes it's possible, years ago Vero takedowns stayed on your active file for at least 90 days for the first one, longer for the second and perhaps one year for a third (if you didn't immediately get a permanent selling ban).
It also depends if the company filing the notice is the same one as the previous rather that a new one from a new company for a different product.
Care to share the specifics of your case? We might be able to give you some tips on how to avoid this going forward.

If you sell car parts like I do, you inevitably will be perm banned eventually due to ebay's confusing and absolutely ridiculous vero system. I get strikes if I say my car part "Fits Nissan" because you cannot mention Nissan in the world, or how their cars are trash and you only find their luxury brand at airports when all other car brands are rented.
A lot of VERO complaints are like everything else with ebay, abused and misused against sellers to make their lives miserable. People filing the complaints know that most sellers on here don't have the resources to fight bogus claims.
Just take your inventory and sell on a more reputable marketplace that has better protects from sellers.

The OP doesn't sell auto parts!
Your "fits Nissan" is more likely a search manipulation type violation, we don't know the specifics of the OP's notice.
Yes there is a lot of Vero abuse but there is nothing eBay can do about that as a result of the way the DMCA law was written and passed by Congress. On the other hand the person receiving the notice CAN do something, they can file an counter-notice if they feel the system is being abused, if there is no response after 10 days eBay can reinstate the listing and remove the violation.

Yes, there is a possibility of being permanently banned for multiple VERO violations. There is also the chance of being sued for infringement if the rights owner so desires to push the issue. Once an item is taken down for a VERO complaint, you need to work things out with that rights owner before trying to relist the item.

OP! How do you get by with offering PayPal as a payment method since you're located in Sri Lanka and your government allows PayPal only for sending funds and not receiving them?

Buyers can use Paypal to purchase from any eBay account - the OP is registered in MP and will receive funds through their new processor Payoneer (not Paypal) just like we receive them from Adyen.
It is eBay that sets the buyer's payment options on listings, not the seller.

Thank you very much for your educative details. Firstly, YES, I am referring for the 3rd infringement. Indicated below are the case details for your perusal and advice please. I quote below texts as received in my restriction e mail.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What activity didn't follow the policy
This item is recalled and its sale is not permitted on eBay due to product safety concerns as shared on the EU rapid alert system (RAPEX) website.
For more information about the recall associated with this product, please see the EU rapid alert system (RAPEX) website below
How this affects your account
Because you haven't followed this policy in the past:
- Listings that don't follow this policy have been ended.
- A temporary 3-day selling restriction has been placed on your account (starting on the date of this notice), and your other listings will be hidden from search during this period. Listings will automatically be restored and show up in search results after the end of the temporary restriction.
- All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
Listings that don't follow this policy in the future will result in similar actions, including a 7-day restriction on your account.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hope you will brief my current situation in this regard on how to survive further in this game, Thank you.

OK, so it actually has nothing to do with Vero, not a copyright issue at all.
This is an eBay initiated removal because whatever it was that you were offering is subject to a safety recall/ban.
I'd comment more but without knowing what the product was it's kind of pointless.

Thank you again for your speedy reply. The product was to be sold under the following heading
Universal Chain Saw Parts Adjustable M10/M14/M16 Electric11.5' Chainsaw Bracket
Do you think that my account can be protected if i give more care in future? Admire your valuable advice on this issue.

Actually it's a distinction not worth mentioning because here is said within eBay's own help files: We created the Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program so that intellectual property owners could report listings or products that infringe on their intellectual property rights.
At the top of that screen eBay referred to it as their "policy"
