   Seller seems to be sort of confused sometimes. Not opening box to preserve evidence? Expecting the police to take fingerprints? In my experience the police won't even take fingerprints from a stolen car or burglary let alone on a returned item on the Ebay platform. LOL.

   Sellers other posts are entertaining as well.

That is an understatement. They are still carefully avoiding answering the question of whether the buyer returned the item that was sold. Given the long silence to repeated questions it is likely that the buyer did return the ring but the seller took so long to refund that Ebay did it for them. Thus they had to file an appeal which was fortunately for them granted.

OP never answered that she opened the box that I saw........but apparently did the affidavit thing that allowed Ebay to refund her money.......indicating she claimed  the item wasn't  in the box.
