For the last few months, more of my packages have been lost than delivered. Tons of them. All misrouted. Some finally arrive but lot's don't. What is up with USPS? Ebay not protecting sellers from feedback for the errors the post office is making either.

Fingers crossed, I have not had your same experience, only a couple minor delays, but everything getting to their destination.

I have not had any actually lost, but have seen several recently with very long delays.
I had two orders last week which took 3 weeks for some USPS Ground Advantage packages to arrive.
I had one bad one last month. Going from Oklahoma to Oregon, and it went to the hub in Anchorage, AK, then back to Oregon. This buyer left me a "false positive" feedback about slow delivery time.
Most buyers understand when they see it was shipped out on time, but it is still a huge system-wide problem.
Loops for a week where it shows "Arrived at OKC hub", then "Left OKC hub", then a few days later same message "Arrived and OKC hub" then "Left OKC hub".

I have had 3 completely lost so far this year, what is odd is all 3 were larger items. All my small bubbler mailer items are not getting "lost"
I also have a claim filed on 2/19 for a package mailed 1/24 and it is still "under review".

I agree.
But the short term actions are an attempt to learn where the actual problem resides.
A "bad" post office staff may be the reason that parcels are not being promptly forwarded. Or changing po's may show that the problem is either before the Post Office or further down the line.
UPS is SO MUCH more expensive than USPS on small packages. The pricing isn't even close.
It is a mystery to many of us Canadians that Americans use UPS instead of the post office for smaller items.
If you were shipping a bulky and expensive wheelchair, it might be reasonable, but the cushion seat or handle grips?
UPS is very expensive here too, and FedEx is not only unreliable but prone to adding charges after delivery.

I went to look at my packages I've shipped out, and multiple are still going to take days to get there after I shipped out days ago. All of these are USPS Ground Advantage.
I have one I sent out the 6th, going from Boise to an island near Seattle, and it's still in transit, in Seattle, saying "arriving late" after bouncing around different processing centers there for 5 days, and does not have an updated expected delivery date.
Most of my packages that are slow to get where they're going, are ending up first in Omaha then in Des Moines, before going to two other processing centers closer to the buyers location. I have one that went from Boise, to Twin Falls ID, to Salt Lake (two different processing centers here), Omaha, and currently in Des Moines and is on its way to Minnesota.
Meanwhile, something that sold following some of these sales, was shipped out and delivered 2 days later halfway (or even all the way) across the country from me like it launched out of a rocket. These ended up going from my local processing center and not going down to Salt Lake, Des Moines, or Omaha, but straight to a processing center near the buyer.

If you are mailing ground advantage it's time for you to act upon the consequences for bad behavior. Numerous lost packages started happening to me last June. I would refund the buyer and keep it moving. By October this was happening more often and I decided it was the principle not the money and filed my first claim for reimbursement from USPS on October 2. Took three months and a 2nd appeal to the denied appeal on the denied claim. Finally they paid the amount the customer had paid me with proof I refunded them plus the original shipping charge I incurred mailing out the purchase. A lot of time is consumed dealing with these claims but bad behavior does not stop without consequences. I receive a check from USPS just about every week for lost packages. Filing claims have just about become second nature for me. Just be sure when the missing mail search is done you have the package returned to you if found. Other wise you refund the Buyer and then they keep your product.

I think the OP has more serious issues than a misbehaving Postal worker. Have you reviewed their feedback?
