Anyone have experience with triangulation fraud? Seller keeps copying our listings on Ebay and selling to customers. Then purchases the items from our website using stolen credit cards. Told Ebay but they won't do anything because the fraud is happening with our company and not them. Sent message to seller notifying him of that we are aware of the fraud. He stopped selling but now he is back again in full force today.

How are you handling that? Are you reversing the payments, contacting the credit card companies about the fraud and cancelling the orders?
Now we are not shipping out the orders and reversing the payments and contacting the card company.
You might consider continuing this practice, but don't reverse the payments for several days. This way the "seller" will get late ships and cancellations here on eBay.

Hello autobodytoolmart
We have also been hit hard with this fraud and eBay has not done a thing to stop this as the fraudulent seller is
still listing products on the eBay. i have contacted the useless customer support many times and they done nothing i have now escalated the issue to the Australian Federal police witch were more than happy to take a statement and actually took interest in our situation.
Anyway my last email was to eBay asking them to provide me all the customers details that purchased goods from the fraudulent eBay member.
Quick rundown how these people commit triangulation fraud
OK fraudster opens eBay account the finds top selling products on eBay then lists them at the cheapest price on eBay the fraudster then gets a sale then goes to a eCommerce store that sells that exact product and purchase that product with a stolen credit card the eBay seller then gets the eCommerce store to ship the item to the legitimate eBay buyer eBay buyer receives

This is something that needs to be handled through law enforcement.
