I wish someone from Ebay could answer me oneglassman for the Total system crash of views, & sales, I have always maintained a TRS and a store for 7 years. My sales were GREAT until Ebay started with this new updated system. I had some 25 to 30 High-end Fenton Art Glass sales until 5-17-2022, I was having great sales just about every day prior to 5-17-2022 now this mess has happened. NO SALES from 5-17-2022 to 5-22-2022. Now I can't send buyers an offer, I normally send 25 to 30 per day, I have sent 7 in the last 6 days.
What is going on with the Ebay I have known for many years? It's not the economy, inflation and gas prices, it is inside the Ebay system. My listings are up to date with Item speciation, great photos and Beautiful Fenton Art Glass. Something has got to give. Thanks Roger-oneglassman

LOL?
Is that your answer to all these sellers loss of revenue? How horribly COLD and HEARTLESS.
Some sellers feed their families with that revenue.

I just created a forum post on search results you are going to find very interesting.
Take a peek when you get time...it will shed light on lack of views

Same here, I called Ebay many times but no solution so far. Ebay loses lots of money as well. I don't understand why they don't do anything about it. so disappointed.

I am still seeing a huge drop in sales. We have had poor sales since April/May of this year, this month we are currently 65% down from last month!
Have called eBay twice to see if there was an issue with my account, there is not. We have 100% positive feedback, promote all our listings, add new items nearly everyday, and have been running a 10% off sale, but nothing seems to help.
Was on the phone with eBay support when I found this forum. They told me there is nothing wrong except that people are having to choose between baby formula and the items I sell.
I agree that there has to have been a change somewhere. Either eBay can't figure it out, or they don't want to!

Exactly! It would really be cool if what you type in the search bar would show up as a result!

Same here -- sales down massively since all of the "updates." I have 3000+ vintage items, 100% positive fb, and top rated. The new listing format is also so horrendously slow and cumbersome, with so much extra clicking and scrolling that it makes difficult to keep a good flow of new listings to drive new sales. I'm lucky to be able to list 1/2-2/3 of what I used to in a given day - which can't be good for traffic (not just for me, but ebay in general). It's all so bad as to seem like self-sabotage. It's also striking that every time I submit any feedback to ebay that is less than positive, that my sales drop even more for a week or two. Perhaps for the folks who are regularly calling ebay to discuss these issues, that's a factor too... I can't wait to see what posting this message does.

ebay is getting desperate. they are FORCING people to GO PROMOTED LISTINGS or else they will not let buyers see items. it only benifits ebay.

ebays way of FORCING SELLERS to use PROMOTED LISTINGS or get NO SALES. strong arm....do it or else. people get desperate and and are forced to do it. ebay pockets another 12 to 15% . your sales drop is no accedent.

thats what i have found the boards here do the most. (they protect ebay and bash whomever dares accuse them. ) ebay blocks sales, then forces you to accept "promoted listings" wich nets ebay another 15%! then they open the view spickett and allow sales. its a fleece.

ebay has shot themselves in the foot. many sellers will leave ebay (getting tired of being fleeced) so how much will ebay make then??? between ebays greed (forcing sellers to PAY PROMOTED LISTINGS) and the economy going down, sellers will be forced to pull the plug. (or go to other market places) bottom line, even though ebay thinks differently, they will fail in the long run. and it will be their own greed and fault.

the perfect storm for oneglassman, 3 nails in the coffin. one.... high end craft item that people "do not need" in times of recession. two....ebay is blocking sales to force "promoted listings to gain another 12 to 15% from seller) and three....a recession. less sales, more cost/overhead and a non necessary item.
