your financials to prove me wrong.
I would suggest you take some time to read ebay annual reports. You will
see where throttling works for them if you know how to read metrics and
do the math.
So you understand it is not uncommon with any service provider to cut
the least / less profitable customers. We did this in many companies we
work for. The bottom 10% of customers are reviewed and eliminated. When
