Not all, but a solid majority now appear as I'm a buyer not a seller. These are all "Buy it now", not auctions, not from a different country, not with locked because of offers. As an example a listing I put up last night. I worked on it, in and out, revise, etc. Now I cannot do anything but view it.
All the following are missing from the top of the majority of my listings. (various browsers, different accounts, logged in and out, restarted machine etc.)

I can't work on any of the listings (see image below). Please help.
I am seeing the same thing on some of my listings. What I am noticing is listings that have had sales have the module for revising, etc at the top of the listing page. Listings that have not had sales are missing the module. I am seeing the same thing using both Chrome and Firefox from my desktop computer.
I am still able to revise listings from the Manage Active Listings page (which is what I normally do).

This issue can be reported by clicking the ? on the listing page and selecting Report a technical problem.
