Coupon prices ( green $ amount ) are incorrect. They are the same as before coupon price, black $ amount.
This is one of several glitches lately:
1)Messaging- Several errors in new messaging. You have to refresh page to remove deleted items. After answering messaging, you have to manually remove in "My eBay Listings". Very confusing and time consuming.
2) ad descriptions- eBay demands sellers give exquisite details in selling ads. Yet, they hide these details from customers on Smart Phones. They are buried in fine print, and a link at that! I am constantly answering questions from customers that are in ad descriptions.
3) Pricing- The consumer wants the ACTUAL PRICE highly visible. They do not want to jump through hoops to get there. Coupon Codes are not reflected in actual prices. If eBay wants to play a shell game with price visibility, the consumer will go elsewhere.
4) Shipping Length Item Refunds- We refunded several items over the past year that USPS could not deliver on time. eBay will give refunds on 11th day. We have had several fall in the gap of ebay's forced refund time allotment, then being delivered before USPS 15 day wait period to FILE for refunds. Thus customer gets money back and keeps item. I ship every weekday. USPS really had some major delays that eBay did not take into account over Holidays and earlier in 2024, when USPS went through a logisics meltdown that The US Congress could not get straight answers to
A company with the integrity and staff size of eBay should really have better research & design. I have been on eBay 25 years and sold for 24. I am very disappointed with all these glitches. They should be thourougly tested and researched before presenting them. That has definitely not been the case in the past year. With increased and confusing extra advertising costs, ebay could be "glitching" itself right out of the market.
