Are you selling on ebay expecting that ebay provides you with the greatest return on your investment of time & effort?
How well has selling been for you during the last 6 months ?

At this point in time, Ebay offers me equivalent profit, and return on investment with less work and less hassle than other online marketplaces.
That was not always the case, and may not continue to be the case.
I have been selling online a long time, and I have sold to many of my repeat customers on whatever site I have been active on over the years. So the reputation of the site is of lesser importance than for some other sellers.

Actually the only thing that can give you the best return is if YOU manage your items by buying "low enough" and selling "high enough" to make the return YOU decide you want.

Is it me, or do these posts seem to be ChatGPT generated?

Have you tried the AI generated descriptions on the site.
Not even Shakespeare could write such flowery garbage.

Did Biden appoint you the collector of ebay sellers personal business information? I think Not!

Could ebay be the reporter of seller personal business information ?

Conveniently you provide no evidentiary support for a ridiculous claim related to chatGPT or
a possible mindreading proficiency
Have a nice day

Are you an IRS agent? Honestly, I paid all my eBay taxes for 2022.

Unlike the rest of the poster (mostly) I don't mind engaging in conversation on your subject and I don't feel I need to reveal any confidential information.
Sales in the past 6 months have been lousy, all I expect from selling on eBay is to make a modest amount of cash with little effort. The cash part has become more "modest" than I like but on balance the effort which for me is almost entirely limited to packing and shipping orders declines right in line with the sales.
I aim to make $75 - $100 (net) for every hour I spend actually dealing with eBay business (does not include hanging out on this board). My sales are down, the time spent is also down so even though my revenues are lower the time and effort are also lower and I'm still meeting my $75 - $100/hour goal.

It's been a Yabba-Dabba-Doo time.
