The buyer received the parcel that I sent and claims that there is a non-relevant product. I sent the item exactly listed in the ad and the buyer received exactly the package I sent! The weight of the parcel that was accepted into the Russian Post Office corresponds to the weight of the received parcel in New Zealand. Now he wants a refund and does not want to send anything back!
II am sure that in the package he received was exactly the product that I sent(G-star jeans). The buyer wants to get free jeans and return the money, trying to mislead by displaying photos of the product that I have never seen before. Now ebey says that I pay for the return delivery of the item which I have never seen before and returned the money to the buyer. The buyer left positive feedback before he received the item. I think he can do it systematically, be careful!
Ebay address to which delivery was carried out:

One thing you can do for the future is to go to the list of countries that you ship to and exclude those with high fraud rates like Russia, Ukraine, Italy, several African countries and more. Do some research to find which are not safe to ship to and those that cause the most problems then exclude buyers from those countries from purchasing your items. I used to have a lucrative overseas business with eBay but stopped ALL International shipping a few years ago, it's too easy to be ripped off with the International rules that eBay now has and the cost to ship overseas has soared.

Never heard of tracking showing the weight during transit before

on your listing template, under international shipping,
you can choose custom locations from the drop down.
I only have 5 selected
you can just pick the ones with FC Intl tracking
saves a lot of headaches

it turned out, information about the weight of the parcel is provided at the time of reception at the post office and upon arrival of the parcel to the place of delivery, is provided only by the mail of Finland and Russia.
I thought all international services provide this information.

I do not shop out side the Usa, But some times Packages get mixed up , I had bought a few months back some shipping envelopes 4 packs, 3 packages arrived perfect but the last one was a laptop, Not Shipped by them , But somewhere in a warehouse that goes from Fedex to Usps, A label was mixed up.. I got a laptop, No address to return it too Just my label for the envelopes. Nothing in the box to show who shipped it or to return it too.... It Happens.

I don't think Italy is a centre for fraud, they just have notoriously bad postal and customs services which cause insane delays.
I also find French customers very impatient, but they settle down when I respond to their complaints in French.
People....

My experience is that Italy's postal service Poste Italiane is corrupt as many others have experienced also. It is a widely known fact that their postal workers are involved in much of the theft and non-delivery of packages.
