What are the additional supports provided by eBay for a beginner seller?

Until you have a way to be paid, you can't sell here.

Since they can't accept payments through Pay Pal, why are they even allowed to set up a seller account and try to sell here?

Frankly, probably I did mean to exclude buyers...........who still have their own board......this is the selling board......presumably geared toward sellers.  I would welcome buyers who have suggestions as to better ways to sell to them...
