Store listings not being counted against available when relisted

Hello, is anyone else seeing 0 used and 1000 remaining listings for their eBay store?

I have had 100's of items relist this month and my total available store listings still says 0(used), 1000(available).  There are no other promotions listed on my eBay page and I am a bit confused.

Did I miss some site wide promotion?  Any insight would be welcome.

Sorry I didn't see this message earlier @valueaddedresource. As of yesterday it's now showing a number of used listings instead of 0. I have no idea if the number shown is correct because I'm not going to count thousands of listed and ended items.

On one account I can click through to see the item numbers counted against the promo. On another account I click through and it says "it's a hidden counter". More details with screenshots can be found here-

That thread mentions the issue on the "additional fixed price" promo, but as of a few weeks ago that error is also occurring on the regular store promo on a different account. brittanie@ebay opened a help ticket on the issue. If you see the "hidden counter" message when you click on the number used, please tag Brittanie so she can add you to the ticket.

Mine look "about" right except for one which supposedly has only used 32 of it's 1,000. Highly unlikely unless around 500 listings are due to roll over in the next 2 days (which they're not).

On my other accounts it has been right all month with the promo count but I just used all my promo on it and 1 more relisted under GTC and it charged me the listing fee. GTC was stupid 1st of all and now a count problems all every thing makes it worse. Oh well I will just end everything the rest of the month and work on it next month and hopefully the promo continues     thanks people

Managed to get a rep via live chat on the 30th. He recommended that I didn't list anymore for the rest of the month(even though that went against what the other rep said). He read the conversation I had with the first rep. Told me he would leave a note. My account would be credited for the $17.20 in listing fees. Just needed to wait for my invoice. Got my monthly invoice. Was it credited?... NOPE!!!....Now a third chat must be made.... Well....You know what they say.... THIRD TIME IS A CHARM!!!!…..Good Grief.

@royalprincessdesigns  ugh, I'm so sorry to hear you are still chasing eBay down for that credit.

I did send a follow up on this issue to Harry to let him know sellers were still seeing issues with the count being wrong on 1/30.  He said they were still working on it but that's the last I have heard so far. 

Is anyone seeing the count for February so far being off or does it seem to be corrected at this point?

My Feb counter is correct     but I really think I got cheated out of about 30 free listings in Jan   to late now I guess   thanks everybody and have a great weekend    please stay safe

Third time was the charm! I just got a rep who credited me back $17.20 I got charged for the insertion fees while the counter was broken. Although according to the first rep, I should have had 827 more left. Oh well. Thanks for the credit Ebay!  Happy Selling Everyone!
