Hello, is anyone else seeing 0 used and 1000 remaining listings for their eBay store?

I have had 100's of items relist this month and my total available store listings still says 0(used), 1000(available). There are no other promotions listed on my eBay page and I am a bit confused.

Did I miss some site wide promotion? Any insight would be welcome.

I was just going to start a post about this same issue. I have had hundreds deducted so far this month off of the 1000 Fixed Price listings with my Premium store and as of Thursday night they have been wiped clean and shows exactly what you are seeing 1000 Available and 0 used. This needs to be fixed because as we know when you go over the 1000 allotment we start getting CHARGED for extras. I need to see how many I have used as to avoid UNWANTED fees.

Another day and my counter still says, 0/1000 and more items have rolled over and been relisted.

It's like I've been added into some promotion, but there are none shown on myebay page.

Perhaps eBay is just paying me back?

Same here for the store tallies, but I am seeing some used against the 50k for MP sellers

Yes my counter is also at zero used but I am not taking any chances with Ebay. So keeping my numbers where I always do to be sure their internal counter is probably working. Stay safe everybody

Same here. It is not a promotion. I did a live chat on Saturday. Was told that I have 1000 listings. It is a known issue and they are working on it. She had me list an item. It charges me .10 cents per listing. She did an immediate credit back to my account for that item and filled out a ticket. She told me that any listings that did not automatically credit back would be. I accidentally did not end a listing. It automatically relisted and now there is a .10 charge on my January invoice. You may want to check yours too since yours have been automatically relisting. As of today, (Sunday) it still isn't fixed. I am afraid to list anything else with it charging me .10 for each one. Even though she said the charges would be removed. I do have the chat saved in case there are any issues with getting credits. I hope they get this glitch fixed soon.

Has anyone had their fixed price listing counter fixed? Mine is still showing 0 used/1000 remain since last Thursday and I am being charged listing fees.

Ugh. Still not fixed. Still being charged. Will have to dispute I am sure. It's in writing that it will be credited so we shall see. They want us to try this new listing feature in the announcements yet, they can't even get the number of listings you have available correct. Go figure!

Mine are still showing zero used but not being charged a listing fee and if I look at expenses under the Payments tab each listing shows as zero and the "saved .10 promo fee" blurb, but it's very unsettling not to know how many you actually have left.
