Store listings not being counted against available when relisted

Hello, is anyone else seeing 0 used and 1000 remaining listings for their eBay store?

I have had 100's of items relist this month and my total available store listings still says 0(used), 1000(available).  There are no other promotions listed on my eBay page and I am a bit confused.

Did I miss some site wide promotion?  Any insight would be welcome.

Mine now shows that I have used 1000 and have 0 left. I have listed 172 since this showed up as 0 used and 1000 left and got charged $17.20. Now I have to call and get it credited. Hopefully, they stick to their word as I was supposed to have 1000 per the CS Rep. NOT......Will post when I have an answer.

@royalprincessdesigns  how frustrating. 😞 eBay seriously needs to get it together on the support side of things, there is just no excuse for it to be this hard to get help.

Mine are now showing up but are not correct   I count mine everyday and they are off by 35 to many used    have to adjust because I am not paying listing fees because of their gliches,,

Thanks @saresales1 .  I'll send your post and @royalprincessdesigns post to Harry to let him know that they may still have an issue with the numbers not being completely accurate.

I am still seeing 0/1000, started 18 days ago and still is not fixed. REALLY NEED THIS FIXED!

Second day today without Live Chat or Customer Service Assistance. Aggravating.....

Still Can't Get any help regarding this....Today's message reads...."Sorry, we're currently experiencing higher than expected volume through this contact channel. Please try again later."   UGH.....

I can see the numbers and I know they are off by at least 30 to many but they are not going to fix it before the end of the month  so I am just cutting my listings down to be sure not to go over.  I kept a accurate count all month of what I posted and was flipped by GTC that is how I know they have a incorrect used number. Oh well maybe Feb. will be better.  Thanks everybody and please stay safe and good luck selling.
