I'm in my second month of selling items on ebay. Last month I had 250 ish in ebay fees for items sold. I plan on continuing selling. My question is which ebay subscription would be best if any. I listed mostly about a 100 auction style items last month and plan to do as many if not more so this month and the next few months ahead. The store subscritions say fixed price listings for anything higher than the beginner level. Does this mean I would still be charged insertion fees on my auction syle listings if I went with the 2nd level?

Store subscribers can use their free auction-format insertions in 13 specific categories, listed here:

A word of caution - only because so many seem to misunderstand.
As you look at which level of store you want, remember your individual selling amount takes precedence. That means if your selling limit is 100, that is all you will be able to list no matter what level store you are looking at.
I would also suggest, whichever level you decide on, do the month to month plan rather than a yearly subscription.

There is good advice posted above. Your health & beauty items would qualify for auction listings that come with a store, but your home & garden items would be charged an insertion fee listed auction-style.
With that said, a lot of the items you're listing as auctions are more commonly listed as fixed price- you can research sold items using the filters on the left side of the search results page. You can also make use of the make offer feature if that appeals to you.
