My store disappeared overnight...... over 1500 items. When I access my store, there is a blue banner that says WE ARE SOLD OUT...... LET US DIRECT YOU TO OTHER STORES.
I wrote eBay customer service and got a answer that eBay does not allow sellers to access their stores for their own protection....... is it me or is this weird.

Possibly a bit odd but for your peace of mind I still see over 1,500 active items in your store.

You might try looking later on. I've had that happen & later it clears up. As far as the ebay rep response---sounds like more nonsense from them.

You are registered in Portugal.
If you cannot see your own items, make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account and that you have not changed the location used to calculate your shipping to somewhere that you do not actually ship to.

Wow, I've seen some crazy ebay customer service responses but that one is a bit over the top even for them.

If you are registered in Portugal, you can list here on the dotCOM site.
Or on the UK site, or the Brazilian site, or the Australian site.
But to see your listings on any of those sites, you must indicate that you ship to Portugal, and preferably give a shipping cost.
Most of us Canadian sellers do list here in US dollars, and the dotCA Boards often get this question because the Canadian seller did not notice that "domestic" on dot COM is the USA and that our own country is "international".

Clear ebay cookies & cache. Sign out and then sign back in. These steps fix a lot of issues.
Yes, that "customer service" response is crazy, and whoever sent it should be spoken to.
