Since April 6th, my eBay impressions have dropped significantly from an average above 1 million to around 500k, and now they hover at around 600k. Despite contacting customer service, I received an unhelpful response that everything looks fine. Frustratingly, I have continued to upload new listings every day, but sales have still decreased. On April 25th, a new issue arose where my organic page views showed 0, which is clearly not accurate. I reached out to customer service, but their response was again unhelpful and similar to my previous experience. These ongoing problems have made me feel unstable and unsure about eBay's reliability. I am now considering moving to another platform, but before making that decision, I want to know if others are facing similar issues.

So comparing your charts, it looks like the Ad page is saying since 24th began a slight increase in promo impressions, and then May 3rd shot up tremendously.
Meanwhile, Organic impressions only had a slight decrease if anything, until May 3rd having a big boost as well.
But then looking at the Traffic page, it does show an increase of Promoted impressions starting at the 24th, BUT we can see that it does NOT match what we see on May 3rd - it does NOT shoot up tremendously and it's basically equivalent to what we saw days earlier.
The views on the Traffic page is where it gets weird, though. As beginning on the 24th, suddenly Organic Views grow significantly. It looks like 4-5x as much! And this is somewhat similar to what I'm seeing on ours - where Views seem to imply the opposite.
I'm suspecting that they mixed up the numbers on the Views section and are reporting them backwards, lol. (Or their calculation is all screwy, since we know they're calculating these things and not actually counting them)
Might I ask, if you have a chance, could you go to the Ad page again and switch it to Clicks rather than Impressions? I'm kind of curious to how that will compare to the Traffic page view section.

There is something still wrong with how they are calculating impressions. Generally my promoted impressions run around 80 to 100 thousand more per day then organic. However Organic clicks usually average 150 to 200 more per day then promoted clicks. This is when everything is working. And sales tend to be relatively stable. Starting on the 24th everything seems to have changed and I have not seen the clicks chart do this before.

When I change the metric to clicks, none of the numbers on that first panel change, but the graph does, so I guess that's what you want to see? Screenshot below.
Now a couple (possilbe?) explanations:
I started a storewide markdown sale on the 3rd, could that have caused the big impressions spike?
The vaaaaast majority of views I've been getting since the 24th have been from auctions, which I do promote via PLE, BUT since it's a pre-paid deal, where it doesn't matter whether bidders saw the listing in the regular search result pages or as a promoted listing on other sellers' pages ....then maybe that's why those views don't count as promoted views?
All of the auctions are done as of tonight (Thus). The 2 smoking-hot ones ended last night (Wed the 3rd). And I don't intend to start any new ones for at least a few days, so there will be a tremendous drop in my views during this time, which I'll post. Then the promoted/organic ones may be more in line with the impression ratio. I will try to remember to post that update in a couple days.
Anyway as I said before, I think auctions (particularly ones promoted via PLE) is something that most of yall may not have the nuts and bolts as well-sussed as BIN listings. So my data including BIN's that get "meh" attention as well as auctions that get costume jewelry people in a frenzy ...... may be an interesting novelty, but not very helpful to the average seller trying to understand this stuff.

@zamo-zuan LOL, as I predicted, my impressions and views have plummeted since my last auction closed on May 4th. And that's putting it mildly; dude look how BLEAK, ha!! It's okay though; I made enough money in those 10 or so days to take a wee break.

Clearly still issues with these reports, despite what eBay is saying - same account showing the numbers are still being manipulated and "fixed" after the fact.

The very reason this site is tanking is BECAUSE of the web designing techs here.
They are allowed to RUN WILD changing this place daily. I have the proof of this. This is the constant glitches, the low sales, the rotating sales. UNTIL someone grabs the CEO or the major stockholdres by the face and screams into it, "STOP the site manipulation! STOP the web designers! This will NEVER end. They are destroying it to keep their jobs basically. All at the expense of all of us, and all of the sales.
There is one more answer, all this by design to let certain people here do all the selling. I don't know why ebay doesn't open a site just for there own warehouses holding all the china stock and all there employee sellers.....but then they wouldn't have us.

Their whole "oh it's just bots being recalculated" excuse doesn't fly when the numbers go UP sometimes!
Plus some of the most concerning observations about these is also how the IMPRESSIONS aren't even consistent. Which also blows that same excuse out of the water.

Yes, as my sales continue to be nonexistent. Nothing has been fixed.

Is it me, or does the fact that this issue and thread is still running strong a bit worrisome? 🤔

You had me at: keep it running smoothly and they would have much better success 🤣

@pls-consignments - definitely not just you.
It's insane to me that we are seeing such obvious issues here and eBay is just hiding their heads in the sand hoping it will go away. 🙈

That has felt like the trend this entire year!
I've mentioned this a few times lately, we all know eBay has been a rollercoaster with glitches these last few years. Heck, even this very glitch happened before.
But this year things are far worse than I've ever seen before. Glitches everywhere, traffic most obviously broken (in addition to all the evidence of being completely falsified). And they're marking the issue as fixed when it's not!?
Seriously, what is going on? This is crazy. Is leadership even aware of what's going on?

@zamo-zuan check this out - May 4th reporting changed within a 12 hour window today.
It's so obvious things are still very not right here.

@valueaddedresource Next thing you know, they'll say it's "in real time" with a straight face & obviously no understaning of what "real time" means 😑 This is a new feature, doncha know? Real time in hindsight 😉
